Sky Den Games allows users to participate in competitions, complete quests, earn rewards ("Feather"), and gain XP to unlock new features. By using the platform, you agree to:
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of the Netherlands.
- Avoid exploiting, hacking, or otherwise interfering with the platform’s functionality.
- Respect the rights of other users and the platform's integrity.
5. Feather Currency and Rewards
- "Feather" is the in-platform currency used to redeem rewards or participate in certain activities.
- Feather has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Sky Den Games reserves the right to modify or terminate the Feather system at any time.
- Feather is intended solely for use within the platform and does not constitute a financial instrument under Dutch law.
6. Premium Membership
Sky Den Games offers a premium membership that provides additional benefits, such as discounts and access to exclusive quests. By purchasing a premium membership, you agree that:
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by Dutch law (e.g., under consumer protection regulations).
- You have the right to cancel your premium membership within 14 days of purchase under Dutch distance selling rules, provided the benefits have not been used.
- Sky Den Games may change the terms or benefits of the membership with notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to interact with the platform.
- Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the platform are owned by Sky Den Games or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit permission.
9. Termination
Sky Den Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, including any accumulated Feather and rewards.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- Sky Den Games is not responsible for any loss of data, rewards, or XP due to technical issues, account misuse, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance. If changes significantly impact your rights, we will provide additional notice as required by Dutch law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
